Anything about Star Girl thats worth writing about is overshadowed by the company that develops and maintains this game. For most of the time Ive owned it there have been severe glitches and issues such as constant crashing and the inability to save that the developers have ignored despite people writing about it in reviews here or on forums on the web and even directly to the support team who are supposed to fix these problems. Instead they just emails back-and-forth ignoring you and repeating the few simple steps that youve already tried several times which is how you know its broken as well as telling you over and over that youre stupid and must be pressing the button wrong, cause its not the game. I think I got at least four separate emails telling me this same thing even though I wrote back each time with more description and even a video showing that I was doing it right because they would not listen. Recently they put out an update that seems to have fixed most of these problems yet when I opened the game I lost over 114 items of clothing and jewelry as well as a couple dozen levels. It comes to approximately 39,900 diamonds worth of clothing and jewelry (they asked me for the information) and then offered to give me 5000 diamonds and 20 levels. Some of the diamonds I bought and some I won over months, days and hours of playing. They cant give me back the clothes and jewelry so the only way is to give me the diamonds so I can buy them again unfortunately they wont give me back the diamonds I had because theyre jerks insisting that I provide them with screenshots of receipts of everything Ive ever bought from them whether or not I won the diamonds or not. This is NOT a situation where Im asking them to give me real money for something. Im asking them to replace my fake money with some more fake money and therefore whether I ever purchased fake money from them or not is irrelevant. I acquired all the things that I had acquired one way or another and their game took it away and it will not return it. Whats worse is that this support person is not giving me what they owe me just to be a jerk. The original question was how many items of clothing and jewelry did I lose. Now because Im not happy with the minimal repayment they offered me they are ignoring that they were offering to reimburse me and now are trying to make me find receipts from the last couple of years that I never had as I share my account with somebody who now lives on the other side of the country & is the one who gets the bills and even so I would never be able to find them anyway. And shes doing it just for kicks. Their game stole everything I earned or bought and now they wont give it back to me even though its pretend money and they can make it with the press of a button. Im letting everyone know that this company is shady and greedy and have no concern for all of us who are loyal to their game and spend our money on it and support them in other ways despite the fact that it hardly ever works. I dont think people should support a criminal and corrupt company like that at all. For all of you who decide to play this game and I dont blame anyone for making that choice, I just want you to know that if anything like this happens where your game wont work or you lose progress through no fault of your own you will not get support , you will get blamed for being an idiot who cant press a couple buttons, you will also be ignored and treated like your money should probably spent on something else. And you will not get reimbursed. I just think you guys should all know that before you spend a lot of money or time on this game.
